REQUIREMENTS FOR MONTHLY RENTAL CAR
- Provide a copy of Certificate of Business registration and Certificate of Tax registration (please bring the originals for verification when signing the contract).
- Use the vehicle according to the purpose and geographical area agreed in the contract.
- Pay surcharges (over km, overtime, overnight car use) and give the vehicle back on time (Vehicle return time can be extended)
- Provide daily pick-up and drop-off locations for Green Leaf Vietnam's operators and drivers.
- When need to change the pick-up and drop-off location, please notify Green Leaf Viet Nam or the designated driver 07 days in advance.
- When need to change the driver, please notify the customer department of Green Leaf Vietnam 10 days in advance.
LONG TERM CAR RENTAL PRICE WITH DRIVE
- Long-term car rental prices are always public and come with discount policies for businesses.
- Car rental prices depend on the manufacturer's brand, vehicle model, vehicle type (manual or automatic transmission). And variable costs (such as fuel costs) are agreed at the time of signing the contract and specified in the contract when there is a change in prices in the world market.
- Besides, customers will receive more promotions when renting a car on holidays and Tet, and are always given priority to rent a car at a special price. Yes. For foreign company or companies with legal entities in foreign countries, we receive payment by bank transfer to USD account. The transfer fee will be paid by the customer.
